Kenparker has it right on! allso use the long bolts to guide the flywheel back onto the crankshaft. works fine, and no pinched fingers!!!

You might try giving the carb a shot of WD40 in the intake .. works for me! dont use either, its hard on cylinder bores and rings!

Shure sounds like the coil!. I had a cut down 28 tractor that my grand son was playing on, he turned the ignition ON and then walked away from it. I knew that the coil was shot when my wife hollered...
