I was checking some extra wheels and measured the runout in the rim. It all three were between .0090 and .0100 lateral variance. Does anyone know what is usable?

I am interested in your manifold. I am new to this and don't know the process involved. What do I do next?

I've used synthetics in modern cars and like them but with our fairly broad tolerances in the A the slippery synthetics might slide right through.
