Thank you guys. I definitely have the windlace pinched between the panel and the door post. I will adjust it and hopefully I won't have to adjust the panel.

Thanks Oldbluoval. Sounds like one size does not fit all, even though I ordered an upholstery kit to fit my car. I appreciate the input.
