The floaters will work great BUT the brakes have to be in good shape to start. JMO

With the oil dripping, the ball disintigrates. Easy to change. It also may have been a quick fix for an out of round ball in your case. FWIW

My 24X24 is also on 4x4's. I got a 4x8 plastic lattice panel (small openings) and cut it into strips and nailed to the ends. Will keep cats, skunks, etc out.
Installer said it needed...

Remove the rad cap, start engine, there should be a lot of water coming thru the TOP hose(s) onto the top of the radiator core. You might try a diff temp gun or change the batteries??

I think the need to "modify" the floor pan depends on how much weight is carried in the back seat or if vehicle lowered. I may also be wrong.

The Mitchell should be a bolt in, no mods needed and can be had with either a separate shift lever or a cable to actuate. JMO Probably an afternoon of work vs major mods.
