Was there a separate manual included with 1932 roadsters on how to lower and fold roadster tops ? I find it difficult to get it tight enough to install the boot.

In my box of ignition parts I have an original lock and key with the code
of "FB". I am pretty certain that it is an original 1932 lock.
I also have some keys coded "FD" and "FH".

Thanks, but I have a 36 manifold which, as mentioned, has the mounting surface 1" lower than the 34. The 36 manifold has the same generator height mounting as the 34, by the way.

22 mm would be about the same. Maybe these lug nuts
came off an european ford? Although the threads are
