I am work on a 8BA. I am thinking of using a 1952-1953 ribbed center sump oil pan. I believe it has a little more setback, I hope on the front. Does anyone know how much of a setback it has compared...

Thanks Jim, the seller and I spoke today and worked it out using YRC and dock to dock delivery. Rate seemed reasonable to me using their website. Appreciate your suggestion.

I have to agree with 38Bill. This weekend at Back to the Fifties in St. Paul there are usually, still a good number of Flatheads around. So cool.

If this helps I still have my 8BA block for sale in the swap meeting for sale section. It is a good block that has been tested, bored and sold with a merc crank an a 3/4 cam. thanks
