I do a similar mod but use two NU 1010 roller bearings, machining required, one good thing is the old axle tube bearing area only has to go down to 50mm .
machine the hub bearing area true, press...

Go to one of the heat treatment places in Melb,ask them to recomed a machine shop to make the sleaves from the type of material they would recomend,have the machine shop turn up the sleaves get them...
