Thanks - thats what I thought
I think the issue is my Emergency brake handle is not retracting all the way back.

That is another problem!

I really hate to ask this question as I show my ignorance - but

Is the only way to mount the floor mat I purchased from Brattons into my 1929 Coupe to remove the emergency brake handle?

When I get in my A to test drive it runs up to 20-25 mph in 2nd gear and 3rd gear only gets up to...

oh and also checked amp meter and it looks ok too but have not tries to jumper wire it
