I like the coupling nut idea because you can leave your studs alone and simply trim the nuts to proper height and bolt the bracket down.

I agree with the press, even with heat still got a good pop from the pinion bearing!

Be sure to check the pressure, I ran a low pressure electric fuel pump for a dual stromberg set up that actually produced more pressure than advertised. I had to run a low pressure regulator as well...

I’ve ran the “600wt” form any of the early parts suppliers with good luck but often wondered if any heavy gear lube would be the same? Much easier to run to Napa then order it.

So does any later speedo changer work on the early fords as well? IE: 46-48 on a 34? Thanks
