When putting the doors on, how is the gap? You are working on its chassis frame with body bolts thru wood to frame?

McMaster Carr carries square drive screws in various head types. Don't know if square drive is exactly Robertson or not. Maybe not machine screws

I always use one mfg from base to finish. If you pay attention to the data sheets, one mfg products should be most/best compatible
While expensive and I don’t do tons of painting anymore, I use PPG...

I used to build them......few things
A. Start with something that has a fighting chance of being a viable shock after rebuilding.
Off center shocks and those that open up full of rust won’t do...

Actually a standard roadster is more “friendly”
More room inside. Not as sporty
Besides there are more deluxe roadster Today than ford ever made......likely more roadsters, period

Well just answer my own question...
Ezra (Paul Ezra) became Metal Fab in early 90”s. Their website says they still make a line of car parts ( looks like way outgrown that). They reference to dealers...

Back to the subject....
Long time ago the tubular bows (std) were reproduced. I think ?? Ezra Machine made them.
Anybody know what happened to them? No search turns them up. Any successor to them?...

180A/ Deluxe phaeton top irons

New in the box deluxe top irons made by Girtz; still in their logo box. Girtz quit making car parts 25 years ago and I think their successor is out of business. These are very nice never installed...
