I had two made for a pair of 37 cabriolets by a local very talented upholstery .I bet he still has the paper pattern, I bet the 36 and 37 are the same . see if you can find out are both the same .

an off the wall suggestion : Loosen off the bell housing bolts and try a drive .retighten the bolts .Q do not the flywheel bolts have a flange ,to fit tightly into the flywheel .Did you use them...

Disc trimer /cutter

I have a 39 Mercury and had the same problem .I asked an 83 year old Mechanic still working .His answer set the timing back 2 degrees . I have not done mine yet, let us know if it works. John.

29 Ma steering
Son has a 29 roaster that steers terrible [very hard ] WE have a couple of the later boxes that appear to be ok. He [son] says they do not fit is that so ? or can they be made to fit .Help needed ....

I have just finished restoring a 38 ford convt. and then bought a 1984 geo Tracker very badly eat out especially throughout the rear halve, I have located a non rust rear clip close to Huston TX....
