I Measured the bolt pattern and it measures - base outside is 4 5/8" square, the bolt pattern is 3 3/4" wide and 3 7/8" long center to center

I too have used headers from Dave Havlir's House of Fab and very pleased. Using on a AV8 with F1 steering box and I have a ton of room, Fentons just would not work without major changes.

Looks like the adapter sold for 280.00 + 10.40 shipping. I guess mine for 275.00 shipped any where in the US is not too bad and I think mine is in better shape, it is listed in swapmeet.
