I’ll add to the confusion.
I think what Reggiedog is looking for, are what some people would call the ‘Year of Manufacture ‘ plates, or they type of plate that would have been issued when the car...

A Wisconsin plate with multi-years on it, like the one mentioned above as being a 31-32, are for a truck. Car plates ran the calendar year Jan - Dec, truck plates ran a fiscal year, July 1 - June 30...

Try these guys. I think they are in the Milwaukee area.
You will want plates with the ‘C’ weight class to be correct for a Model A Sedan.
