My 29 has a rear box, very nice with a leader cover.
Well I guess I must have overloaded it, and the bracket that holds it broke.
I was wondering if it is possible to buy a new braket?

Take the bowl filter apart. Then look up inside the top part. Is there a SECOND gasket (the small gasket at the tip of hew insert filter) accidentally left there when you changed the filter? If so...

Backfire can be cause by lack of fuel. check the entire fuel run from inside the tank to the carburetor, and then inside the carb at the filter and the float.

I can easily make the breaks lockup, but if I stomp on them really hard I do get a pulling to the left.

I have no idea what my drums are made of, but I will find out.
It stops, I don't know what to compare to, if I compare it to my modern car I need a substantial pedal...

My brakes (1929 A) make an infernal squeal when I use them.

I am sure it must mean either an adjustment is needed OR I need new brakes.
