My 29 Bendix Screw broke off and I just recently find out, where can I buy the bolts and washers locally in Orange County? Do I have to change the bendix spring as well? Thanks!

The problem started when the it first deliver to my front door, I believed starter was fine before the delivery. It has driven on to the trailer for the delivery and will not start once arrives to...
