Interior wood kit
28 tudor is about to be given a final painting. Interior work to follow. Is it best to install the new interior wood kit before the paint job or after.

Problem appears to have been caused by wires from a new wiring harness, not yet attached to headlights shorting out on the floor. All were caped off , problem gone.

Having the exact same problem with my 28 tudor. Pulled the new rod, tightend steering wheel nut, reinstalled; light switch turns with the steering wheel.

Oil in steering column holes
Near the top of a 28 steering column are two holes, right and left, which appear to be an opportunity to oil both levers onthe column.
Assuming this is accurate, what type/ weight oil is best?

Rebuilt water pump impeller

Had a similar experience with my 28-tudor. Two flat head screws in upper corners. Had to drillout rusted screws, clean up and retap for reattachment.

Outer cover for universal joint
Having trouble replacing the upper half of outer cover on 28 tudor universal joint. Guard on top hits the cross frame member. Any ideas?
