I got a 30-31 hood from Brattons in 2016. It fit fine out of the box. A fine point judge could probably tell a difference but I can’t.

Good question. I assumed since I had a two tooth steering box the column was a also 30-31. My column definitely has the two screws so it could it be a 28-29. I guess it could have been changed at...

Page 1-303 in the RED book shows a screw just below the the control rods detent plate on each side, that secures the upper column bushing.
I can see both on my 2 tooth steering column

Spark control lever detents worn
Is there a fix for worn spark and throttle control lever detents short of replacing the steering column?
Mine are worn almost smooth.
