I replaced the head gasket a few weeks ago, in time for the membership meet in Bay City. We had water leaking between block and head. Found out I put the copper gasket on upside down. A great head...

After I checked the clutch disc and gears, I made sure the ujoint was moving by taking off the lower cover a looking through the grease baffle. Ujoint was good. Jacked up the car and ran to see if...

Checked this morning and engine does not turn when pushing it in gear. Clutch disc also looks newer. Going to troubleshoot some more I'll keep y'all posted.

When the clutch is let out it will stall. I did not look at the engine when pushing, I will check int he morning.

Can you measure the pitman arm. Many times people shorten them to get better response out of the steering instead of fixing the real problem. A photo of the front axle where the drag link attaches...

1928 should have the forged brackets. Make sure you get the ones for a roadster as the fenders are wider than sedans, phaeton, etc.

Is the distributor body new? Its rare, but the arm maybe cracked. If you are getting air and fuel, it has to be spark.
