Why not just install a full flow oil filer? Then after 100 miles (or whatever mileage you prefer) drain the oil and re-use it wherever you want.

When assembling a tire, tube and wheel, one should inflate to the proper pressure and then completely deflate, this allows the tube to self centre and remove any ripples or kinks in the tube.

The rear bumpers are NOT bumpertettes, Ford called them rear fender guards.
A bumperette is a different thing.

One should measure at the same height, front and back. I usually try and get 1/2 way up the wheel.
