Thanks to all for valuable feedback. I replaced old cutout with Universal Electronic Cutout Relay - https://brillman.com/product/universal-electronic-cutout-relay/ and it works and charges.

I have similar problem, but engine has some rust. Do I use rust dissolver or similar product to take some rust away or just wirebrush it before painitng.

Nut size on the generator pulley

Trying to loosen the nut on the generator pulley to drop the belt. It is really hard to get to that nut under the generator. Does anyone know what is the nut size ?

My ford Model A'30 is older restoration. The paint chipped and flaked in some spots and I want to find paint to touch up.

Noise from distributor

I hear a high pitch noise from what I think distributor. I oiled it through the opening on the side and lubed at the top, but it didn't change the noise.
The shaft is not drilled.
Appreciate advice...

Steering wheel turns light switch rod

When I drive my Model A'30 and turn a steering wheel, it also turns the light switch rod. Because the light switch rod turns it switches the lights on and off.
What could be a solution to this...

Headlights on my 1930 Model A all of a sudden stopped working. Tail lights work, cowl lights show turns, horn works, car starts and drive.

I have pretty heavy oil leak from the point shown in the picture with arrow right at the edge of oil pan and I think gear box. Any recommendation what should be the fix ?

I'm still learning so...
