They watch every forum. Generally it's a large Nigerian operation. In the UK there are a genuine close knit bunch of rodders/restorers who will always try and help out with any suspect cases.

Don't blame the British! These tend to be Nigerian run scams. If you are in The States they appear to come from England. If you are in England they appear to come from Canada and so on...
