I'm with dean333, no need for negativity. Google speedo repair using drill motor. Been done & if you know what you are doing no problems. Ask an old car lot mechanic. Just be sure to disclose it when...

Hook the speedo cable up to a drill motor. Caution do not spin it too fast. Variable speed drill is best. I'm not sure about the law on messing with a speedo.

I would guess that they are 1940. You can get studs at auto parts supply, Dorman product.
They can be pressed out & in. They are swaged.
