Question difference between a roadster and deluxe roadster

I am looking at two 1928 roadsters one is a deluxe roadster the other just says roadster,I have never owned a car like this and I have only seen them in pictures so far but I can't see anything...

I have never had a car like a model A,I am looking at one that is for sale in my area it looks like it is in very good shape,the owner has done a frame off restoration with pics and doc to prove...
