Think he said early in post that he put a timing light on # 6 wire and it was misfiring.

What inside the distributor would cause only the same cyl. To misfire???
The rotor not getting spark to the cap prong or cap contact,,,if rotor to contact is to great it would probally fire...

Didn’t one of the early post say he monitered the spark and was missing the spark on a couple cylinders,look like the problem would be in the distributor rather than the engine ?

Look at picture!the rod is just a guide for sliding the wheel onto the drum studs,instead of trying to lift wheel to align the wheel to the studs ,just put wheel onto rod ,after screwing the rod onto...

493720 worked about a hour trying to get rim back on the drum, pry bar ,laying on floor,just to heavy to lift and hit the lug studs which are recessed in rim,,
Welded a rod on a spare lug nut...

I have 600-16 radials on my 35 rd with the regular tubes from the bias tires,checked around before a drive and rf was flat,,,no sign of puncher,just wondering if tube had given away,,I see were there...

I found a Penske analyzer at Hershey one year and connected it to the sun machine and use that for all my readings as the sun instruments needed a lot of work before I would trust them ,the Penske...

Update on the 35 not rideing smooth,removed front wheels and the hubs were smooth,had never noticed before,!! Had made a couple rings thinking I might need them a few days ago so installed them along...

Did manage to get rear wheels removed and the hubs are orginal 35 with the nubs ,while on jack stands started up and did a run up,to check for wobble ,there were a little but not to bad,nothing...
