LED turn signals don't work

Last year I converted to LED taillights on my 31 Model A 6volt system. I also installed 10CP cowl light bulbs as instructed. No problems, work great.

Thank you. Is the slider or tooth mechanism that holds the steering column throttle control lever in the set position, a repairable item? Or does the assembly require replacement?
