Re: Remove hood hinge pins?????

Soak in 50/50 ATF & acetone then gently heat hinges from the under side with oxy/ace torch (But not enough to warp), then tap out. Working hood tops back & forth helps too.

Re: Oshkosh or Bust - Reverse Camera for Mullins Trailer Problem

A simpler way to keep tabs on the Mullins is to mount an antenna w/ flag on it to the hitch that you can see in your mirror through the rear window. I run a Mullins too & it works great.

Re: Oh man. Now I canít even get my A to start or make a noise.

I've seen the insulated starter cables corrode inside the insulation to the point they won't work but look perfectly good on the outside. Check the continuity of the cable end to end.

Re: Greetings all - I'm a new owner

The color looks great, if you want you can put a contrasting stripe on the belt line, color of your choice to make the body color come alive.

I had one that was off to, turned out the horn rod itself was twisted. It is a bit fragile but wanted to try & straighten it anyhow. Took horn rod out (roadster pickup) and clamped it just below the...

On a five+ mile straight downgrade I coasted my '30 Fordor to a max speed of 72 MPH. Bricks aren't to aerodynamic!

Re: B block hole repair

Been there, done that. I wouldn't waste time & money on a B block with a hole in the deck, the deck is too thin to start with then it rusts through quickly.

Re: How to clean the rust & crud from the engine without running it through the radia

I built a homemade one like Bruce but added tire valve stem to put a burst of air thru once the radiator is full, it's totally open to the atmosphere so the added air pressure won't hurt anything.
