The only item from post #1 that is still available is the 28/29 hood.
Everything from post #2 is available except the grille, lens, and frame.

I have two Model A hoods for sale
- 28/29 hood. Folds, not perfect but above average in my opinion - $199
- 30/31 hood(I think). Sides look pretty good. Top has had issues with the hinged area...
