Inner bearing rotates on the spindle
In my Ford Model A, the inner bearing rotates on the spindle, it has no clearance, but it is not fixed and can be rotated. Is that correct or should I fix the inner bearing with loctite?

I have mounted a Mitchell overdrive, I'll check in the front tube. I have to find where is the gearbox fluid. The oil can go out through the shaft splines. Thank you.

It is not dripping fluid out of the transmission. Is a new gearbox with rear shielded bearing (4,000 miles). The rear oil baffle, I think it is not installed, but the bearing is shielded, so I think...
