Thanks Kerby. I think I've cracked it by just extending the fork by 1 1/2 inchs. Made a big difference and basic maths I suppose. Appreciate the feedback. Chris

Stiff clutch.
Hi all. I've just fitted a 24 stud and later 39 box into my 32 (LHD) and find the clutch heavy with a short pedal action. I am using the 39 box clutch release shaft fork and suspect this is to short....
