Help identifying steering box

Seeking help on identifying this steering box. Box is installed on a 1915 Speedster. It appers to be a modification or aftermarket. Posted for a member of my Model A club.

Yes spare bracket on the back and I have the 2 front fenders with spare wells.
Comes with the 4 wheels plus 4 rims.

Tell me more about the rare 7 wheeler.

I will be getting my second Model A in a couple of weeks. Restore candidate 1929 Fordor 60_C. Body has no rust and the top wood already done.

My truck bed was filled with all the parts that come...

Mine was totally missing the cone when I removed the transmission. I bought one on eBay hoping it would be a match. Murphy's law said otherwise.
I just enlarged two holes just like how the gaskets...
