Saw that about them at the Edison Winter Home in Ft. Myers, Florida a few months ago. They have some Model A's on display and that story was quoted on a placard by one.

Under the paint on the left side of the bell housing under the oil pressure sender there appears to be a rebuild tag which will give you some info. about the overbore and crank work.
