Hi need help installing one guide. one valve. I cant just push in. Have cleaned guide with brass bore brush, hone with stone wheel cylinder hone ? new guide.717 di old guide .717 early 1930 motor...

lapping valves

pulled head one valve looks like it needs refreshing. with spring and keeper removed cant rotate valve with lapping tool feels like crud is stoping it from rotateing any help will be appreciate....

HI will be checking for cracks in the head and block deck. got water in oil! any regular places to look ? And is there an easy way to remove bad oil from dipper tray ? thanks John

Have trouble with tdc the motor will rotate when air is turned on. 3 plugs installed in gear and brake on. tried bottom dc cant get valves shut. All help is appreciated thanks John

thanks for all the replys.I have a1930 roadster pu with a Brookville extended cab from doors back adds about 5 inches thanks John. can buy a very nice seat don't have one now.

Putting roadster pick up body on frame it is very flexible . Like to know how wide it as at top of doors. or at the top iron brackets thank you John.

hi had the same problem. there is a small pin size hole in the trans shift tower that I think is a vent for rear end trans mine was plugged solid. john

You can change to 12 volt easily,so no one can tell, makes it easy to install any 12 volt accessories

Unhappy drive shaft

Hi removed torque tube to replace gasket, all ok but the drive shaft and pinion with bearing came out with drive shaft need help ! on how to fix it thanks John. 1930 model A car
