wanted 55 original wheel

Thanks for the insight Dave. I dont have the original clips. So this is what I have done so far. turned the cover inside out then pulled the top 6 inches onto the seat back. the cover is in position...

I have a road draft tube off a 55 club sedan you can have. It had a pcv valve in the top hose fitting and the bottom of the tube is cut cut straight instead of at a 45 degree cut. easy to change...

In a different but similar situation I ground down the head of the rivet gun. Buy a cheap one at harbor freight and dont worry if you ruin the head. I still use the one I modified.

Thanks dmsfrr, A trans shop did it but not open today. I think I can use a fluid pump like we use for rear end oil. Or just pull it back out. It is heavy.

Well... I just bid $125 and was auto out bid to $127. It is not a buy it now price. auction ends today, I will look again later.
