Slotted eccentric/centralization adjusting rivet on Two tooth strg box

[1]My slot is at 10-4 viewed standing on floor. Loosening sector housing nuts does not allow adjustment of the rivet. Rivet is stuck. How can I get it loose? (Be gentle)

Have been struggling with loose steering for a while. Have two tooth box in car (box removal not an option). Steering linkages, etc are tight. Followed your excellent article....

Ok thanks. I have to chuckle though that no one told me what was wrong on the photo: e-brake spring up side down & service brake also upside down with spring cup for rod upset facing wrong direction...

Hurray! Used advise and finally got service arm disconnected from camshaft on LR BRAKE. Used multiple sized drill bits on each side of service arm but wasn't able to twist off remaining she'll so...

Ok got backing plate with service brake/ camshaft lever stop off.
Newest problem is I can't drive the old pin out after grinding off the head.
Although having never tried, how about heating brake...

How about another. Can't get that pin out of the service brake arm and camshaft while backing plate mounted on car. everything is disconnected but not sure how to remove the plate without bending...

Got e brake off. Attached video showing "play" in service shoes.
Also took off/inspected, finding ok: pins/rollers, wedge adjusting shafts,roller track assembly is flat and has gap at 1.040" instead...

What am I missing on left service brake?

Understanding service Brake Pedal to cross shaft to left rear brake rod to brake lever to cam shaft and cam to shoes.

brake pedal not stopping the LEFT rear wheel with rod connected to lever!!...

I think I'd prefer to sleeve the sloppy connection in a drill press rather than weld and try to center drill exactly.

A better photo shows full engagement between pawl and ratchet with handle fully applying the ebrakes
So pulling the handle back is applying the e brakes but taking hand off e handle doesn't...

31A. E brake handle stops the car from rolling back but doesn't hold handle "on" when my hand taken off. Only able to attach one photo. I did notice some slop in the rod clevis and bottom of handle...

Embarrassed. Found red dice I added to valve stems had an oring that wedged into the stem.
Removed and all fine. Now have handful of Gage's 🤔

I wonder if I could cut off the top of a plastic valve stem cover and slip small diameter rod inside. Hopefully it would operate stem valve and air gage. What u think?

Reluctant to ask, but

My recently obtained 31 wooden cab/bed truck has steering problem which I'm trying to solve.
NOW I find my Allstate ww 6.00x16 tires won't register anything with a brand new tire air pressure gage....
