Question VIN and Engine Serial Number Location

I have a 1930 Model A (Modified) enclosed cab pickup with what I've been told is a Model B Engine carrying a Riley 2 Port head.
Am unable to locate either a frame VIN or an engine block serial...

Recently noticed my '30 enclosed cab pickup leans left (about an inch in front and 1.5 inches in rear). Might be a recent event. Reading the several strings on this topic seem to indicate shimming...
