Re: Sad Day This Weekend

Re: Sad Day This Weekend

1935 Ford V-8 Heads: Aluminum or Cast Iron?

My grandfather bought a 1935 Ford two-door car back in 1935. It is the two-door model that has the larger rear side windows with a trunk, not a rumble seat. I think it was called a Tudor Sedan....

Re: Painting bumper bolts and spacers

Etching the finish of new hardware would certainly help the paint to adhere. And using the oven to dry is an excellent idea. I only have cats living with me now, no wife or significant other so using...

Re: Painting bumper bolts and spacers

I don't know what type of finish was on the original hardware, glossy, flat or satin. If satin is OK, I have used Rustoleum 7777 Satin Black for just about any black surface that I have needed. I...

Re: Possible First Model A

Whilst I am not YET a Model A owner, I totally agree with this ^ and the other information above. Surely parts are getting more and more scarce.

Re: Wayne Carini at Hershey

I have seen Wayne at the Amelia Concourse here in Fernandina Beach many times. I have to agree that he seems to be a very nice person who is not at all snooty. I like his show as well. Glad that you...
