door window glass

How do you remove the rear door glass on a 1935 ford fordor.
I have the panel removed and the window regulator out i can not get the glass to turn to remove it. I was thinking the side chanel have...

I found some material 65 inch wide sold by the foot at Snyders Antique Auto Parts .Com
should work.
