'50 Ford Overdrive
I'd like to replace the 3 speed trans in a '50 Ford sedan with either an original type 3 speed OD or a 5 speed. Is there anyone in CT or surrounding area that you guys would recommend? Thanks, Pete

'51 Fordomatic Trans.
What is the correct transmission fluid for a '51 Fordomatic? Original manual states "Type A"; is that still correct for today's fluid?

Received my C--- distributor last week & installed today & got the coil wires fouled up. Called Jim 3PM Sat. & he graciously straightened me out! My 33K mile '51 Vic runs like a 33K should! Excellent...
