It could be sucking air somewhere. I would first check your intake manifold gaskets, Carb to manifold gaskets. I have this issue with two stroke engines a lot. You have to keep them choked to run.

Mine only turns right one full turn. The tire hits the brake rod at full turn.

It turns just over one and a half turns to the left but is 2" from hitting the brake rod.
The wheels seam to turn...

Mine idles real nice at 550 rpm. Any thing slower and It gets a hiccup.

I'm thinking real hard on buying a four post lift. My top choice was a lift from Advantage lifts. I like some of there upgrades over other lifts.

Marcus I would call JR. He rebuilds carbs and likes to help people in the Model A hobby. He might be able to help you fix the carb yourself.
