Zeke3, that number is interesting because Ford still designated 9600 to air cleaners when i did flow testing in the 80s & 90s .

Have used Hagerty and it was fine. I have everything; home, late models with Auto Owners. 3 years ago my agent got my 52 Vicky with Owners for less $$ and equal coverage. May pay to check with your...

Knew a guy with a twin to that engine, including that intake setup. It was in a 50 coupe.
He said it was the best running 8BA he ever owned. Wish you well with it.

I LOVE Reds Headers....regaurdless of what some have said, i could notice a difference in low end performance on the 8BA in my 52 Vicky with dual steel packs.

Probably true Denny....but it never ran hot even last summer in the heat. Heads shouldn't matter unless they are flawed, should they ?
