Thanks for ll the suggestions. I had also posted on a Model A Facebook group and an engineer that does restoration of buildings suggestion Abatron. They have a two step process and both are epoxy....

We have a 1929 Model A fordor Briggs leather back. I am recovering the seats and can’t see how to remove the back of the front seat and the side wings on it. Anyone have any suggestions or diagrams?
