Don't think so.

Block Kits are New fully machined 5-Main block, Crankshaft, Connecting Rods ($3950 each + tax + shipping)

Flywheels are New, fully machined 30lb ($350 each + tax + shipping)

You should just need to remove the coupling shaft to get the U-joint out.
Do you have the parts book or Service Bulletins, they show how things are assembled.

What is BB-1175-B? The parts book says to use it with BB-1176-B. In figure 239 of the March 1934 Service bulletins looks like BB-1175-B fits inside BB-1176-B.

Need more information. Are the tires wearing more on the inside or outside.
If you move your fingers from the inside of the tire to the outside does one
way feel smooth and the other rough? Here...

The horn always has 6 volt to it, the ground is through the horn button on the steering wheel.
