I knew nothing of the 5-3/4" d2 front fender till your post and I have about 4 including 4 of the 7" ones. Yes, it is really to bad that it was not pointed out in the Standards as I think...

Neil,
I have three (3) of the 7" type with the flat reinforcment.
The other five (5) are of the 5-3/4" type and those have a mix of flat and forged reimnforecments.

Front fender bracket to frame bolts...
Just what was the correct bolt attachment of the Front fender bracket to the frame?
Was it nuts to the outside or nuts to the inside?
I want to say say nuts to the inside on 1929 thru 1931...

I have just received Snyder's Exhaust Manifold for use on the Model A/AA Ford. I must say it appears to be a very fine casting and true to the form at first glance.
