Alternator Won't Kick Follow-Up
After following suggestions found here -- took the alternator to a shop. Found one bad diode causing the problem. All's good now.

Alternator Hasn't Kick In
Is the alternator still providing curcuit power even tho the amp gauge don't indicate? That is, am I on battery power alone until then?

Broke down on i-75, they told my Wife I was already towed. I wasn't. Now I carry them and two locals. Traffic on the i-75 is a dangerous place to break down, in South Florida

I'll get the horn working and after the couple months driving around Town--
it slowly will only chirp. Do they require that much attention, or what.
It's not a Model A if the horn don't work right...

Like mine -- the only problem I had was when changed oil, didn't put the funnel down far enough, before discovered oil I was adding was going to the floor thru the breather line.

I've looked at using the '32 picup licenses bracket also. You would flip the brake lite upside down so the the plate would be lit. However I've a 1931 Florida Truck licenses

PicUp Rear Bumpers
They were not factory installed item were they? Now my licenses plate doesn't properly display directly from behind, it does easily off-side.
I did it because it gives the rear end a finished-look...

When I watch the 30's era movies, I never see anyone start their A's with involving the spark/hand throttle. Were the cars used in the movies modified so's not to do this?
