One unrelated question which the various photographs have raised - horn(s).

Re: 1934 Wagon colors

@mercurycyclone That book looks like true unobtanium - wow ! To my eye, the maroon in the book appears both considerably darker and less blue than the photos posted by @ petehoovie

Re: 1934 Wagon colors

Thank you, but both seem to be dealer sales (and possibly painted to enhance marketability). Do we know if the black fenders are truly legit ?

1934 Wagon colors

Saw a very nice ‘34 wagon today finished in coach maroon, but with black fenders; I was not aware of two tone paint option in that year and would appreciate the group’s feedback. Thank you.

Re: Local Estate Auction 1935 Roadster Sells for $53,925.00

1936 Phaeton / Front end noise

I’m in the process of buying another early V8, this one a ‘36 Phaeton.

During the road test yesterday, all was well…until the first turn, when an abrasion-type noise came from the front end.

It...

Shift lever position / modification

The driving experience in my 38 is generally superb; however, the shift lever is just too close to my thigh in the first gear position - at 6’5” and 20 stone, not much I can do on my end. Any...

Re: 40 script battery oval
