So after days of soaking these nuts and bolts, with no luck.. So many decided to breakout the angle grinder with a cut wheel.. Now we will get somewhere..

So I guess I'm gonna order that sway bar kit.... it's only another 200$ added to the project. And it's only money too, can't take it with me when I pass on.. so better enjoy it now...

The front end is out and is getting cleaned up then on to all new suspension, steering, drag links, tie rods and king and link pins.. Oh boy getting more excited.....

Thanks for the info, I know someone who put those moog springs on and it was a 2 1/2" drop, looked good too..
Talkwrench what shocks you using when it's that low? I was thinking of using some KYBs..

Ok let the suspension and front end restore commence..
Also a new set of bias ply mounted and balanced on the original rims are all ready to go..!
2" drop front and three drop in the rear.. ...

Thanks for the advice TJ, running a set of fifty year old Goodyear bias plys on there now so really any new tire would be like a million times better.. I also plan on a redoing the entire front...
