Here is my 39, picture taken last year on the North Shore of Lake Superior in Minnesota. Just before I put her away for winter. I have had it out twice this spring.

Haggerty has a nice article on oil compatibility for classic autos. You may also want to check locally about the availability of Classic Car Motor Oil or Schaeffer Oil which both have zinc...

I understand that "modern" oils have reduced or eliminated zinc additives which is a lubricant. I have read recommendations for additives or modern formulations to correct for this deficiency. ...

I am a newbie here, but just thought I would mention that early Fords had a tag on the firewall listing various patents associated with the vehicle but from what I recall the original tags did not...

Hi everyone, I am working a "barn find" 39 Standard Coupe (exterior) that came with a Deluxe interior. My glove box "button" is missing something from the center. I assume that it would be for a lock...

I am looking for help identifying the proper hub cap for 39 Standard Coupe. My car came with 3 that I assume are correct but I wish to confirm before I put a lot of effort into completing the set....
