Who are you ďGo ToĒ vendors for the basic Model B parts.

Having a hard time finding Things like rear main drain tube, oil fill/breather tube, etc.

I would leave it. Best thing to maintain patina is to minimize its exposure to weather. Wax or anything else only ruins the look.
