Reed made vises should be pretty good,at least the older ones been made in Erie ,Pa. USA since the 1880,s and still in business at the same location.

I too would recommend dropping the pan , had a 41 Packard that probably was never dropped from new it had about a inch and a half of mud in the pan and also the screen in the oil pickup was clogged...

Hello as mentioned in above post the sub rails will need cut and angles bent on them as they do attach to the side of body also . Try to remove the original and use them as a pattern.You can see...

Hello, I have bought the return spring you are talking about but have yet to try it out , just bought car late fall.Has hydraulic brakes that seem to be hanging up.Good to know it works .

I think the 1930 Deluxe roadster came equipped with a rumble seat and driver side mounted spare as part of the deluxe package.
