right GAV,left short one is Cap jet with one washer both need washer when installed

Should be one hole for the gav to seat, may be looking at some dirt and appears to be four holes? If removable it will be a brass fitting with gasket,looks like a comp jet. some carbs do not have...

Heat outer case where the secondary well is and squelch in cold water it will come right out. I use oxygen/acet. propane torch not hot enough.

Remove oil filler tube,flashlight-look to see if baffle is loose with dowel-or take a mirror and look inside.-before taking all apart.

Could be even tho battery says 6.2 V, May not be, I went thru three batteries in a week with the same results. Says good but not. Changed to NAPA battery- All is good. Take it to a reliable supplier...
